A Week with Mike

With Daddy home for a week, before jetting off to California again, it has been one activity after another in our household. This weekend we took the girls to the Grand Rapids Public Museum for the first time (courtesy of GE) and had a really nice morning! Lauren and Tara's favorite part was the Carousel ride with Dad-they had that look of pure bliss on their faces!
We also went for a nice boat ride with Grandma & Grandpa Brace. The day was perfect and we all enjoyed the fresh air and sunshine.
Lots of little things going on this week but our main goal is getting ready for the MidWest GeoBash, which is currently regarded as the 2nd largest Geocaching event in the world. This year it's in Kendallville, IN and Mike and I are going Fri.-Sun. while my Parents watch the girls for us! We're really excited to go and hang out with all our caching buddies and just get away for a couple of days.
Please bear with me as I learn all the ins and outs of blogging and this site. I'm having fun with it so far!

On the boat with Grandma and Grandpa!

Daddy's enjoying the ride!

Round and round they go!

Ren
Olivia would like to invite you and the twins over to Hiken's pool Wednesday after lunch. We'll be there for a good portion of the afternoon. Nice blog. I need some internet savvy dude to show me how to do that too.

Great news! Have a great time geocaching and hugs to the girls. Just got back from Ft Bragg, NC on a visit with Amy to see Andy and bring back some furniture. Andy has furnished his place and now Amy needs it for her house.
Hi and hugs to all, ;-)
